摘要
目的观察放射防护箱配合手腕骨X线摄影的临床应用效果。方法利用复合硬铅板试制成防护箱,对10名健康人分别采用有防护(防护箱模型)、部分防护(铅皮遮挡)和无防护3种方法进行对照X线摄片,并记录人体检测点X射线累积照射量,观察照片影像效果。结果使用放射防护箱配合手腕骨摄片,X线照射量是部分防护和无防护的1/400~1/1000,获得的照片清晰度高,优质率达到90%。结论放射防护箱防护效果好,操作简便,易于携带,摄片成功率高,是现场手腕骨X线摄影调查的可靠配套装置。
Objective To observe the clinic effect of bellows shield model in carpale X-ray photographing. Methods A bellows model was made using composite lead. 10 health men respectively received carpale X-ray entirely shielded (bellows model), partially shielded (lead slice) or unshielded. Their X-ray dosage was compared in the three groups. Results The X-ray dosage of the entire protection group was smaller( 1/400 ~ 1/ 1 000) than the other two groups and the photos were clearer, the top grade rate reached 90%. Conclusions Bellows model, easy to be manipulated, portable and having a higher successful rate, is a reliable accessory in field X-ray investigation on carpale.
