摘要
目的监测河南省碘盐生产加工单位和居民户家中碘盐质量,分析监测工作中存在的问题。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,碘盐生产、批发企业每月按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取一批9份盐样检测其含碘量;居民户碘盐检测,在每县(市、区)按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取9个乡(镇、居委会),每个乡(镇、居委会)抽取4个村(街道办事处),每个村(街道办事处)抽取8份盐样,每县(市、区)共收集288份盐样检测其含碘量。结果生产层次批质量合格率为98.2%;居民层次非碘盐率0.42%、碘盐覆盖率99.58%、碘盐合格率98.82%、合格碘盐食用率98.41%。结论从碘盐质量指标上看,河南省已经提前完成了全省消除碘缺乏病目标;非碘盐和不合格碘盐问题有向中心城区转移的趋势。
Objective To investigate into the outcome and the problems in the surveillance of iodinated salt in Henan Province in 2005. Methods According to the National Scheme for Surveying Iodinated Salt, 9 samples of salt were randomly sampled from each batch in each first-degree wholesale enterprise every month. Meanwhile 9 towns were selected in 5 different directions of east, south, west, north and center in every county, among which 4 villages were furthermore selected in each selected town. Finally, 8 samples of salt were randomly collected in each village. As a result, a total of 288 samples underwent the detection of iodine concentration. Results For industrial level,batch qualified rate was 98.2% ;For household level, non-iodinated salt rate was 0.42% , iodinated salt covered 99.58% of the household, iodinated salt qualified rate was 98.82%, and edible qualified iodinated salt rate was 98.41%. Conclusions In terms of iodine salt index, Henan Province have fulfilled the aim of eliminating iodine deficiency disease in advance; Non-iodinated salt and unqualified iodinated salt tend to move to urban areas.
