TRAIL、DcR1、DR4、Caspase-3与bcl-2在直肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 TRAIL也称Apo-2L(Apoptosis.2Ligand)是Wiley研究小组于1995年最早克隆和命名的又一TNF家族成员。大量研究发现TRAIL主要引起肿瘤细胞或病毒感染细胞、转化细胞的凋亡,而不影响正常细胞的生长分化。我们应用免疫组织化学方法观察TRAIL及DcR1、DR4受体、Caspase-3、bcl-2在直肠癌、癌旁6cm组织,及正常直肠黏膜组织中的表达,探讨TRAIL在直肠癌中的作用的机制。
