摘要
为评估国外某车型的副车架是否符合中国的路况,采用计算机仿真与试验相结合手段,通过有限元应力应变分析,计算了制动与加速两种典型工况,并进行了试验验证,成功验证了某副车架结构设计符合中国的路况,提高了计算机仿真在产品开发中的应用水平,缩短了产品开发周期,提升了企业自主开发能力。
In order to evaluate whether the X cradle suits the local road, the finite element analyze and rig test are Selected. Through finite element analyze,the fringe stress of X cradle was got under the brake and accelerate load case. The corresponding rig tests were performed to evaluate the reliability of the result of finite element analyze. The result of compare shows the change of structure of X cradle in a short time is completed successfully. The developing capability is improved.
