摘要
这里对轿车底盘的典型零部件-副车架,应用MSC有限元分析软件,进行了耐久性疲劳分析,得到了副车架的应力分布及疲劳计算结果。通过分析和试验,能对副车架的结构优化提供基础,进而提高仿真计算在副车架设计过程中的重要指导作用。
We apply MSC Software' s powerful FEA tools to analyze the car cradle' s fatigue life. Through comparison between virtual validation and physical test, we have improved the analysis precision and have built the experienced models. So during the design of the cradle, we can make use of FEA to simulate complex loadcases to shorten the cycle of design,
