摘要
运用文献资料分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地调查法对阿坝州藏、羌民族聚居区的民族传统体育的现状、该州在历届民运会取得的成绩、民族体育项目在藏羌民众中和学校里的开展情况以及面临的诸多问题进行深入调查研究,并找出对策,以促进阿坝州少数民族传统体育的可持续发展。
By using the method of documentary, questionnaire, interview and investigation, the paper analyzes the current situation of national traditional sports in residential districts of Tibet and Qiang in Aba, including the achievements in every Minority Sports Competition, the development situation of national sports items among people and in school and the existing problems. Through deep investigations, it finds out the measurements to promote sustainable development of minority traditional sports in Aba.
