摘要
讨论、分析了我国运动员注册制度的实践意义和注册管理办法的更新特点;对现行的运动员注册管理制度、注册方法中存在的问题,提出:在修订注册管理办法上,应明确注册权与管理权;在注册方法的改进上,增加注册系统对重复注册的报警功能,增加注册单位的选项和完善系统集成等建议。
The paper discusses and analyzes the significance of registration of Chinese athletes and reform characteristic of management methods. It points out existing problems of present management system and methods of athletes＇ registration. Furthermore, it puts forward suggestion that in modifying registration management methods, we should make clear register right and management right; in reforming management methods, we should strengthen alarm function of registration system on re - register, and increase options of registering units and improve system integration.
