摘要
用新开发的DHX模拟软件对DHX工艺进行全流程模拟,并与ISS工艺进行对比分析,研究DHX工艺对原料的适应性,考察原料气中C1/C2比值和C3+含量对C3回收率的影响.结果表明,DHX工艺C3回收率提高的幅度主要取决于原料气中心C1/C2比值,而原料气中C3+含量对此影响较小.DHX工艺的应用受原料气组成的限制.
The full pan of DHX is simulated by newly developed software system of DHX and com- pared with the conventional process of ISS. The adaptability of DHX to the gas feed was studied. The effect of C1/C2 ratio and the content of C3+ on recovery rate of C3 was inustigated.The result shows thatthe increasing of recovery rate of C3 depends mainly on the C1/C2 ratio in the gas feed, and the influence of C3+ content in the gas feed on recovery rate of C3 is smaller. The application of DHX process is re- stricted by the composition of the gas feed.
