摘要
我国天然气凝液回收工艺目前普遍采用冷凝分离法,并以冷剂预冷-透平膨胀机制冷为主。其中,还有不少装置设有重接触塔,丙烷收率可达90% (w)。但是,近年来也有个别装置采用油吸收法。探讨了出现此情况的原因。
The NGL recovery processes were widly used in our country at present, while the pre-refrigeration by refrigerant plus turbo-expander refrigeration techniques were the main. Processes among them the recontactors were installed in many units of NGL recovery and the recovery of propane can be obtained 90%. But the oil absorption process was used individually. This paper introduces the recent status of NGL recovery process for our country. The causations are discussed here.
