HDC型高效聚合催化剂丙烯聚合反应动力学研究 被引量:3

STUDIES ON PROPYLENE POLYMERIZATION KINETICS OF HDC TYPE HIGH ACTIVITY CATALYST

摘要 系统研究了HDC-2型丙烯聚合催化剂的聚合反应动力学特征,且与HDC-l型催化剂聚合反应动力学进行了对比.考察了采用新型给电子体后催化剂的制备条件与聚合反应条件对HDC-2型催化剂聚合反应动力学行为的影响.结果表明,两种催化剂的聚合反应动力学曲线均为上升-衰减型,且都为一级动力学衰减;催化剂的定向性基本不受Al/Ti比、聚合温度、聚合时间等因素的影响,但活性则要受制备条件与聚合反应条件的影响. The polymerization kinetics of HDC-2 catalyst and the kinetic behavior differencesbetween HDC-2 catalyst and HDC-1 catalyst were studied systematically. The effects of cata-lyst preparation and polymerization conditions on behavior of HDC-2 catalyst were also stud-ied. Results show that the stereospecificity of products is independent of Al/Ti (mol/mol) ra-tio, polymerization temperature and polymerization time, however, the catalyst activity is af-fected by these factors.
