摘要
以XRD、SEM等方法表征了高岭土微球原位合成NaY过程中产生的非原位结晶,研究了非原位结晶的形成与晶化体系化学组成、晶种、搅拌速度等对非原位结晶的影响,提出了控制非原位晶化反应的可能方法.
The non-in-situ crystallization occurring in in-situ crystallization process ofkaolin microspheres has been characterized by XRD, SEM, etc. The influence of process fac-tors, e. g. the composition of the system,seeds,stirring speeds etc.,on non-in-situ crystalliza-tion have been studied. Te Possible methods of controlling the non-in-situ crystallization areproposed.
