文章阐述了苹果酸的理化特性及其在反刍动物上的研究进展,包括体外和体内试验研究。苹果酸作为抗生素的替代品,在反刍动物方面的应用具有广阔的前景。
The research progress of malate in ruminants and its physico-chemical properties were reviewed in this paper. Malate as a substitute of antibiotics can be used broadly in the feed of ruminants.
