摘要
通过对高职院校人文教育体系和在校学生、用人单位进行全面的调查,可看出高职院校人文教育体系和在校学生人文素质现状之间、用人单位对毕业生人文素质的需求与学校培养目标之间存在诸多矛盾。应采取一系列有效办法进行改进。
Based on a comprehensive survey on humanistic education system, undergraduates and employers of vocational colleges, the paper has revealed some inconsistencies between the present humanistic education system in colleges and humanity quality status of undergraduates, the humanity quality requirements of the employers. This paper suggests improvement measures.
