摘要
针对“贷款修路,收费还贷”中所遇到的现实问题,以一简单路网为背景,提出一种收费还贷条件下的动态拥挤收费模型。
In the light of the practical problems in ＂ loaning for road building and charging for repaying the loan＂, and taking the simple road net as the background, this paper advances the dynamic congestion charging model under the condition of charging for repaying the loan.
