摘要
龙滩水电站大坝是目前在建的世界上最高的碾压混凝土坝,大坝施工工期紧,浇筑强度高,要求跨越高温季节难关实现全年连续施工。为此,开展了一系列龙滩大坝碾压混凝土筑坝关键技术研究,在混凝土配合比的选择、混凝土浇筑温度及层间间隔时间的控制等方面取得了高温多雨季节大坝施工的一些成果,提出了具体的温控标准和雨天施工要求,2005年龙滩大坝施工共浇筑混凝土318万m3,实现了高气温条件下碾压混凝土大坝全年连续、快速、优质施工。
The dam for Longtan Hydropower Station is the highest RCC dam under construction in the world today. Due to the restriction of a short construction period, a very high rate of concrete placement is required, as a result, the concrete has to be placed in a continuously throughout the whole year, even in the most difficult time of the hot temperature or rainy seasons. Therefore, the study on the critical dam construction techniques had been taken, and the corresponding research results such as RCC mix proportion, placement temperature and time interval between inter-layers were achieved, with which were proposed the technical standard for the temperature control standards and construction under the hot or raining weather to directly guide the dam construction. And in 2005, a total concrete volume of 3.18 million cubic meters was placed in Long'tan dam, which realizes the continuous, rapid and high-quality placement through the whole year.
