摘要
龙滩水电站左岸进水口大坝集挡水和取水为一体,坝体结构复杂,且4个标段同时施工,相互严重干扰,生产极不均衡,其施工位于控制发电工期的关键线路上。通过合并固结灌浆、采用“先浇板”、增设纵缝和补充混凝土入仓手段等办法,优化了施工工艺,增加了浇筑强度,创造了在狭小空间单日浇筑混凝土5 400 m3、单月浇筑11.7万m3的记录,达到了坝体快速施工的目的。
The dam section at left bank intake of the Longtan hydroelectric project is structurally very complicated as it has two functions, water retaining and water drawing. It suffered severe interference because of eontractors of 4 lots operating simultaneously at the site. It is on the critical path for commissioning of the project. The construe'lion technology was improved through combined consolidation grouting and adoption of the method of "plate concreting first" and increased number of longitudinal joints and means of placement of concrete, The concreting intensity was Jut:teased to a daily placement of 5400 m^3 and a monthly placement of 117,000 m^3, The quick concreting of the dam body was finally achieved.
