摘要
廉政伦理是廉政文化的重要组成部分,是促进官员廉政行为的软约束体系,包括廉政规范伦理和廉政美德伦理两部分,具有历史继承性、时代变迁性及创新性等特征。不同时代廉政伦理追求的价值目标不同,我国现代廉政伦理追求的价值目标主要包括公正、高效、民主、廉洁以及民道等方面的内容。
The ethics of clean government, which is an important part of clean government and the soft restriction system to regulate official behavior, includes standard ethics and virtue ethics, bearing the characteristics of historical inheritance, the trend of the day and innovation. As in different times there are different value objectives of ethics of clean government, so in modern times in China, the value objectives focus on justness, high efficiency, democracy, probity and people-orientation.
