油田污水站废泥浆无害化固化配方研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了寻求油田含油污泥的无害化处置方式,解决含油污泥的最终出路,研究了胜利油田滨一污水站污泥水泥固化配方及机理。优选配方组成中影响浸出液COD的主次顺序为:生石灰→助剂→水玻璃→石英砂→水泥,配方的质量分数分别为水泥25%、石英砂20%、生石灰4%、助剂1%、水玻璃2%。固化坯体浸出液的COD远低于国家环保局颁布的污水综合排放标准中的一级标准(GB8978-96),通过固化前后坯体中晶体结构的差异分析了固化机理。固化效果理想,是污泥的无害化处置及再利用的有效途径。 In order to search for the method of harmless treatment of the oil in sludge in oilfield, the complex and mechanism of solidification system in Binyi station are studied. The influencing order of optimal prescription on COD of leachate is: calcium oxide→gypsum→water glass→quartzite→cement. The optimal composition is cement 25% , quartzite 20% , calcium oxide 4% , gypsum 1% , soluble glass 2%. The leachate COD of roughcast by solification is far lower than the first standard (GB8978-96) stipulated by Environment Protection Agency. The mechanism ofssolidification is discussed according to XRD spectra which shows the variation of crystal lattice between solidified and un-solidified oily sludge. The experiment shows that ttherrecipe of solidifying agent is effectiveiin the treatment and provide a way to dispose and reuse oily sludge.
