摘要
采用水泥为固化剂对辽河油田含油污泥进行了固化处理研究,探讨了固化块抗压强度与固化时间、材料配比、添加剂及加入量等的关系,测定了固化块浸出液的COD值。结果表明,污泥含水率为12.16%,固化28天,ω(污泥):ω(水泥):ω(水)=1.00:2.00:0.60的固化块抗压强度可达13.1 MPa;当污泥含水率由12.16%增加到61.57%时,固化块抗压强度由13.1 MPa降低到10.1 MPa。污泥含水率为12.16%,ω(污泥):ω(水泥):ω(水)由1.00:1.50:0.71改变为 1.00:2.43:0.71时,固化块抗压强度由10.4 MPa提高到16.1 MPa。污泥含水率为61.57%,污泥与水泥质量比为1.00:2.00,增强剂S加入量从5 mL增加到20 mL时,固化块的抗压强度从 10.24 MPa提高到16.0 MPa。污泥含水率为54.8%,40℃浸泡72 h,固化块中污泥与水泥质量比由1.00:1.60增高到1.00:2.00时,浸出液的COD值由218.3 mg/L降低到181.8 mg/L。
Solidification process for treating oily sludge from Liaohe oil field was studied by using cement as solidifying agent. The effects of curing time, material composition, additive and its added amount on the compressive strength of the solidified block were investigated. In addition, the COD value of the liquid extracted from the solidified block was also measured. The results showed that at a sludge/cement ratio of 1/1.5, when the water contents of the solidified blocks were 12.16% and 61.57%, the data of compressive strength were 13.1 MPa and 10.1 MPa, respectively; at water content of 12.16%, when the ratios of sludge/cement were 1/1.5 and 1/2.43, the data of compressive strength were 10.4 MPa and 16.0 MPa, respectively. The compressive strength also increased with the increase of the amount of reinforcing agent added. The COD value of the liquid extracted from the solidified block decreased with the increase of the amount of cement added.
