摘要
中央作出的增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家的战略决策,对高等教育的改革和发展提出了新要求。高等学校要全面落实科学发展观,加快培养高水平创新人才,大力推进科技自主创新,为建设创新型国家提供科技支撑和人才保证。
The central government has made a strategic decision of strengthening the ability to be of independent innovation, aiming at constructing an innovation-oriented country, which presents a new demand for the reform and development of higher education. Therefore, universities and colleges must systematically fulfil scientific development, speed up the cultivation of talented people with profound innovation, and greatly promote independent innovation in science and technology. In this way, substantial science ＆ technology, and talents would be provided for building up an innovation-oriented country.
