摘要
通过对XML的基本概念和工作流理论的研究和学习,介绍了XML的基本概念及其在工作流理论中应用,并在此基础上结合了将XML应用在有限状态机中,设计实现了一个XML在工作流理论中的典型应用:自动语音应答(interactivevoiceresponse,IVR)系统,主要包括IVRBuilder、IVRParser两部分,论证了将XML应用于工作流理论中的可行性和可扩展性,并使工作流的执行效率有很大提高。
By learning and researching the concept of XML and work-flow, the basic concept of XML and it＇s application in work-flow are introduced, XML is combined with finite state machine, a system called IVR （interactive voice response） system is developed, which contains two parts, IVR builder and lVR parser. Proving the feasibility and expandability ofthe application of XML in work-flow, and the application enhance the work efficiency of work-flow.
