摘要
作为我国管理学科中的一个亮点,东方管理学已经成为一个比较完整的学科体系。东方管理学的核心思想、框架已经基本构筑完毕,然而学科研究的对象仍有待进一步的厘定,研究的方法有待创新,学科的国际影响力有待进一步提升。
Oriental management is a burgeoning discipline. The framework have been developed. But the research object still needs methodology needs to innovate, and the international influences of the core ideology and a general to be clarified, the research discipline need to be advanced.
