摘要
研究了木聚糖酶处理中碳水化合物的降解及对木素溶出性能的影响,结果表明,木聚糖酶处理中纤维表面、纸浆中半纤维素被降解溶出,LCC结构被降解。木聚糖酶处理也溶出蜜二糖和塔罗糖。木聚糖酶预处理能加强后续碱抽提中大分子质量木素的溶出。
The carbohydrate degradation during xylanase treatment and its effect on the lignin solubility were studied, the results showed that hemicellulose on the fiber surface and in the pulp was solved and LCC was degraded during xylanase treatment. Melibiose and talose were also solved. Xylanase treatment could improve the lignin solubility in the follow-up alkali extraction.
