纤维素酶改善漂白麦草浆滤水性能的作用机理 被引量:8

摘要 打浆后的漂白麦草浆中细小纤维 (≤ 0 . 2 5mm)较多 ,造成浆料的滤水性能较差。纤维素酶容易与这些组分反应 ,从而提高浆料纤维的数均长度 ,降低浆料的保水值 ,改善浆料的滤水性能。这种作用及浆料滤水性能的提高主要发生在酶处理过程中的前 30min ,其间通过 2 0 0目筛的浆料损耗量约为 0 . 4 %,细小纤维数量减少约 8个百分点 ,纤维数均长度提高 1 5%,浆料的比表面积和聚合度稍有下降。 The portion of the fines which are shorter than 0.25mm in length is very large in the bleached wheat pulp after refining,it causes poor drainage of the pulp.The fines are easily subjected to rapid attack by the cellulase.Most of enzymatic hydrolysis happened in the first 30 minutes:the average arithmetic length of the fiber increased in about 15%,the number of the fibers which are shorter than 0.25mm in length decreased in 8%,pulp yield loss was about 0.4%,COD_ Cr of white water increased.Water retention value,degree of polymerization and specific surface area of the fiber were also reduced apparently.
