摘要
本文叙述了以三聚甲醛为单体,BF_3—OEt_2为催化剂,进行微波辐射下的阳离子聚合。讨论了催化剂用量,辐射强度及辐射时间对聚甲醛粘度和收率的影响,结果表明,微波聚合反应速度快,得到的聚合物其粘度比热聚合产物要大,收率要高。
In this paper, trioxymethylenc was prepared by cation microwave polymerization. The effects of catalyst amount, radiation intensity and radiation time on degree of viscosity and yield of trioxymethylene were studied. The experimental results show that the degree of viscosity of trioxymcthyiene by microwave polymerization is larger than that of trioxymethylene by tyermal polymerization, and yied of trioxymethylene by microwave polymerization is higher than that of trioxymethylene by thermal polymerization.
