摘要
利用一种新的方法──微波法合成了聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂。研究了单体丙烯酸浓度、丙烯酸中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂种类和用量诸因素对吸水性能的影响。实验结果表明,该法能在3min之内使单体快速聚合,得到的高吸水性树脂吸水倍数为920(g/g),吸水速度在1min内就达吸水最大值。
The poly(sodium acrylate) absorbing-water resin was prepared by a new method-microwaves.The acrylic acid concentration degree of neutralization, initiator amount and construction of crosslinker also were studied.The results show that polymerization can be completed in three minutes by microwaves.The absorption amount of the resin is 920 (g/g)for deionizing water.In one minute.the resin absorption power can be reached maximal value.
