摘要
根据监利县特有的丰富的鱼类资源优势，在分析了该县渔业的地位、发展的潜力和所面监的机遇，以及如何充分开发利用其鱼类资源等问题的基础上，提出了相应的对策，即首先是转变观念，以发展大农业的眼光发展渔业；依靠科技，增加渔业的科技含量；以市场为导向，充分利用本地所具有的资源优势，加工成适销对路的产品，转变为经济优势；多方筹集资金，利用现有的政策，促进本地区社会和经济的快速发展。
In this paper,the authors analyse the position,the potential and the problems of Jianli county's fishery.They put forward the corresponding strategy which includes changing the old conception about the development of agriculture,giving proiority to the fish processing industry,and transforming the resource preponderance into economical one by using advanced technology for developing its fishery
