摘要
目的 通过对丹参陈种子基本品质的研究,探讨丹参陈种子发芽率低的原因,为企业种子制定丹参生产管理规范提供参考。方法 采用常规方法对丹参陈种子样品进行了初步研究,测定了其净度、千粒重、舍水量、发芽率等基本品质和蛋白质、氨基酸、粗脂肪、水溶性糖及淀粉等基本营养成分。结果 丹参陈种子净率为92.10%,千粒重为1.5432g,含水量为12.25%,蛋白质含量为4.171g/100g,粗脂肪含量为18.95g/100g。结论 丹参陈种子的发芽率和营养成分含量都较低,陈种子发芽率低的原因可能与其营养成分舍量低有关;建议采用30℃左右的热水浸种、CaCl2及较低浓度的KNO3(50~100mmoL/L)浸种提高丹参陈种子的发芽率,陈种子忌用。
Objective For offer reference of the production standard management of S. miltiorrhiza,to investigate the reason of the old seed lowered germination rate and study the basic quality of the old seed of the S. miltiorrhiza . Methods By the routine method , S. miltiorrhiza samples were studied and determined the basic qualities , such as its net seed rate , weight of per thousand granules , water content , germination rate , and the contents of basic nutritional ingredient , including protein , amino acids , crude fat , water-soluble sugar and starch,etc. Results It was indicated that the net seed rate was 92.10% , the weight of per thousand seeds was 1. 543 2 g , the water content was 12.25% , the protein content was 4. 171%(g/g} , the crude fat content was 18.95 4. 171%(g/g ) . Conclusion The germination rate and nutritional ingredient content of the old seeds were lower; if increased yield, it was necessary that the old seeds avoid be used and can improve the germination capacity of the S. miltlorrhlza old seeds by soaking them in hot water about 30 ℃, or in CaCl2 solution ,or in KNO3 solution (50~100 mmol·L^-1 ).
