摘要
在相同栽培条件下,采收白肋烟TN86成熟烟叶,放于不同的晾房(简易晾房和住房式晾房)中进行自然调制。对自然调制好的烟叶进行不同部位取样,参照BURTON等方法测定TSNA含量水平,探索其变化规律。结果表明:在空气相对干燥的年份,住房式晾房的所有部位的样品TSNA水平都高于简易晾房相应部位的TSNA水平,不同部位之间的TSNA水平两个晾房表现出同一变化趋势:中部最高、下部次之,上部最低。不同部位TSNA含量的平均值住房式晾房为1.91μg/g,简易晾房为1.30μg/g,住房式晾房TSNA含量比简易晾房高46.8%,简易晾房更有利于降低烟叶中TSNA含量;在白肋烟中的TSNA,NNN含量最多。
The mature leaves harvested of Burley tobacco were air-cured in the simple barn and house barn under the same cultivation, collected the sample of the Burley tobacco leaves from different site, detected the TSNA contents by using the Burton method, probed the variety law. The result showed that the TSNA level of all site leaves air-cured of house barn was higher than the corresponding leaves of simple barn under the year of lower air humidity, and there are the same varied law of the TSNA contents from different site, the TSNA of middle leaves was maximum, the TSNA of bottom leaves was medium, the TSNA of top leaves was minimum. The mean value of TSNA of different site of house barn was 1.91μg/g,simple barn's was 1.30μg/g, the TSNA of house barn treated was 46. 8% above the simple barn' s. The simple barn made for reducing the TSNA contents ; The NNN of Burley tobacco TSNA was higher.
