摘要
本文采用Langendorff大鼠离体心脏灌流模型,以水杨酸为捕捉剂,与再灌时产生的·OH反应生成二羟苯甲酸(DHBA)为指标,用HPLC紫外检测法测定心肌缺氧/复氧不同时相冠脉流出液和心肌组织中DHBA含量。并初步探讨了疏甲丙脯酸和血管紧张素对·OH生成的影响。
