摘要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法测定鸡组织(肌肉、肝、肾)中喹烯酮标示残留物3-甲基喹啉-2-羧酸的含量。组织匀浆样品经碱水解、液液萃取,采用HPLC-MS/MS电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子模式,多反应监测(MRM),以喹啉-2-羧酸为内标进行定量。检出限为5μg/kg。
A high performance liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry method was established for determination of 3-methy-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid, a biomarker for quinocetone in chicken tissues. Homogenized tissues were subject to alkaline hydrolysis, followed by liquid - liquid extraction. Identification was achieved in the eleetrospray ionization(ESI) positive mode using multiple reaction monitor. The limit of detection for 3-methy-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid was 5μg/kg.
