摘要
选用120尾当年鲤鱼种,随机分为4个组(即对照组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组),每个组30尾。对照组饲喂基础饲料,Ⅰ组饲喂“基础饲料+0.05%纤维素酶”,Ⅱ组饲喂“基础饲料+0.10%纤维素酶”,Ⅲ组饲喂“基础饲料+0.20%纤维素酶”,每天投喂4次,试验期共56d。结果表明:饲料中添加纤维素酶,鲤鱼增重率提高,饵料系数降低;干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗纤维消化率均提高;体成分没有显著变化。
120 young carps in the same year were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups (control group and group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, 30 carps for each group. The control group was fed on basal diet; group I was fed on basal diet + 0.05% cellulase; group II was fed on basal diet + 0.1% cellulase; group I was fed on basal diet + 0.2% cellulase; they were fed 4 times each day and the experi- ment period was 56 d in total. The results showed that when adding cellulase to feeds, the weight gain of carp was increased and feed conversion rate was lowered; the digestion of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber was all improved; the body components were not changed significantly.
