摘要
设备维修是工业企业一项复杂的工作,设备维修的管理对减少维修周期、节省企业费用具有重要意义。传统的设备维修管理是基于计划评审法来组织维修活动,然而设备维修过程的每项活动时间具有模糊性。本文将模糊的概念引入到设备维修管理中,应用模糊计划评审法来组织和管理维修活动。
Equipment maintenance is an intricate task in an industrial enterprise. Equipment maintenance management plays a critical role in cutting down the maintenance cycle and saving enterprise costs. Due to the time uncertainty of activities, the general program evaluation review technology can＇t handle the problem efficiently. In this paper, we introduce the F-PERT into equipment maintenance management and use the method to manage the maintenance activities.
