摘要
我院自１９８０年至１９８６年共施行生物瓣替换术７７例。由于生物瓣毁损，１７例行再次瓣膜替换术，其中ＭＶＲ１６例，ＡＶＲ１例。本文讨论了再换瓣时的体外循环管理和缺血期心肌保护等问题。
etween 1980 and 1986 total of 77 valve replacement were performed with bioprostheticvalve.17 out of these cases were redo valve prosthesis including 16 mitral and 1 aorticre-val verepl acement.The perfusion technique of CPB and the methods of myo cardiac protectionwere discussed.
