摘要
本文调查１９９２年７月～１９９４年１２月重庆地区１３所医院１９５，３６２例住院病人中５～１８岁风湿热（ＲＦ）患者占０．５２‰；１１岁为高峰年龄，全组以关节炎型为主，占８１％，心脏炎较少，占４８％；风心病（ＲＨＤ）患者占０．３１‰，发病高峰年龄后移到１８岁。成人ＲＨＤ占住院病例数的８．０６‰，高峰年龄４０～４４岁，５０岁以上病例达３６．４％，３０岁以下病例减少，住院年龄呈后移趋势。提示ＲＨＤ病情发展较以往有减轻的趋势。
e have investigated 195,362 cases admitted in l3 hospitals of Chong Qing area between July1992 and Decemmber 1994.Among them,the children and juvenile between 5 and 18 years suffered RF in 102 patients,andRHD in 60 patients.The relative rate with RF and RHD was 0.52 per thousand,and 0.31 perthousand respectively。The peak age of RF was 11 years and the peak age of RHD Was 18years.Among the 42 RF patients who had complete records ,polyarthritis was the most commonmanifestation which was noted in 34(81%),while calditis was less common,which was diagnosed in20 patients(48%).We have also investig 1,151 adult patients(ages over 19 years)with RHD admitted in 9hospitals of ChongQing area during the Same period.The relative rate was 8.6 perthousand(1,151/142,724).The peak age was 40-44 years,The relative proportion of RHD increasedwith age,and 36.4% of RHD patient were over 50 years old.The patients younger than 30 yearswere only 2.25%.The epidemiology of RHD trends towards decrease in recent years.
