摘要
目的 测定尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 用薄层扫描测定尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量。结果黄芪甲苷的线性范围为1．00～8．00μg，平均回收率为98．2％，RSD为1．15％；测得三批尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷的平均含量为0．285mg／g。结论方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准.
Objective To establish a method of determination of Astragaloside IV in Chenfeiqing Granules. Methods The content of Astragaloside IV was assayed by TLC-scanning. Results Astragaloside IV showed a linear relationship at the range of 1.00 - 8. 00 ixg, the average recovery was 98.2% ,RSD = 1.15% （n =5）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,quick and good reproducible. It can be used for the determination of Astraga loside IV in Chenfeiqing Granules.
