摘要
[目的]测定黄芪药渣中黄芪甲苷的含量。[方法]用高效液相色谱法,HPLC条件：Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（35∶65,V/V）,流速1.0 m l/m in,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。[结果]黄芪甲苷在0.23~2.3μg/m l范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.00%,RSD值为2.00%（n=9）,黄芪药渣中黄芪甲苷含量为0.74 mg/g。[结论]该方法快速、简便,黄芪药渣仍有较大的再利用价值。
[Objective]To determine the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in dreg of RADIX ASTRAGALI.[Methods]Content was determined by HPLC,and HPLC was taken on Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18 column（4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（35∶65,V/V） and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The other conditions were： detection wavelength of 203 nm,column temperature of 30 ℃ and sampling amount of 10 μl.[Results] The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was of 0.23~2.30 μg/ml（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.00% with RSD value of 2.00%（n=9）.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in dreg of RADIX ASTRAGALI was 0.74 mg/g.[Conclusion]The method is convenient and simple.The dreg of RADIX ASTRAGALI is still of great re-utilizable value.
