摘要
目的研究持续静静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗时从机器导管动脉端采血对各种生化指标的影响。方法随机选择血液滤过治疗的患者30例,分为A、B两组,A组(对照组)从外周静脉血管采血,B组(实验组)从导管动脉端采血,同时从以上两个部位抽取血标本送检生化全套,比较两组的结果是否有差异。结果尿素氮、肌酐、钙存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各项结果差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论持续静静脉血液滤过治疗时从导管动脉端采血对生化指标结果有影响,不宜从此处采集血标本。
Objective To study the influence of collecting blood specimen from access line during continue venovenous hemofiltration on bio-chemieal detection. Methods 30 patients with therapy of continue veno-venous hemofiltration were divided randomly into two groups： A group and B group, A group is control group whose blood specimens were collected from vein while B group is observation group whose blood specimens were collected from access line. Specimens collected from A group and B group simultaneously were detected Bio-chemical complete set. Results There was significant difference in BUN, CR, Ca^2＋ （P〈0.05） while no significant difference in the re.st parts （P〈 0.05） between two groups. Conclusions There was obvious influence on Bio-chemical detection when blood specimens were collected from access line during continue veno-venous hemofiltration. , So blood specimen from access line was not fit to replace that from vein in Bio-chemical complete set.
