摘要
以新疆原油为原料,选择高分子聚合物作为活化剂,进行了原油强化蒸馏的研究。结果证明,加入少量高分子活性添加物可以提高馏分重量收率3个百分点以上。活化剂的加入改变了石油分散系统分子间的相互作用,将体系调节到最稳定状态,达到最大分散程度和最小粘度值,从而获得最高的馏分收率。
The intensification of crude oil distillation was investigated using Xinjiang crude as feedstock and high molecular weight polymer as activator. Results showed that, the high boiling fraction yield in-creased by 2 - 3 percentages in weight by adding a small amount of high molecular active additive. The added activator changed the interaction between molecules in the petroleum dispersion system and adjusted the system to the most stable state, reaching maximum dispersion and minimum viscosity, so that the maximum fraction yield was obtained.
