摘要
文章从抗泡剂的选择、抗泡剂在润滑油中的应用以及不同种类的复合抗泡剂对比分析三个方面,阐述了抗泡剂本身对润滑油性能的影响,同时说明了油品调合时抗泡剂的加入方式不同,会对润滑油的抗泡性和储存安定性产生不同的影响,介绍了一种能提高抗泡剂在油品中分散程度、改善油品储存安定性的发明专利——抗泡剂加入法及设备。
The effects of anti-foam agent on the properties of lubricating oil were discussed from three aspects,namely the selection of anti-foam agent,its application in lubricating oil and the comparative analysis on different kinds of anti-foam agents.It was explained that,in the preparation of lubricating oil,different adding ways of anti-foam agent would affect the anti-foam property and storage stability of lubricating oil.A patent named The Adding Method and Equipment of Anti-Foaming Agent was introduced,by which the dispersion of anti-foaming agent in lubricating oil can be increased and the storage stability of lubricating oil can also be improved.
