摘要
目的建立用流动注射在线氰蒸馏测定水和废水中总氰化物的方法。方法用QC8000型流动注射分析仪在线氰蒸馏,液体样品首先与磷酸混合,加热至140℃,然后紫外光裂解金属-CN^-的有机复合物。气态的HCN从样品基体中释放,穿过Teflon膜,然后用氢氧化钠溶液吸收。CN^-在570nm处比色测定(吡啶-巴比妥酸反应),标准和样品均在线蒸馏。结果测定总氰化物线性范围为2~100μg/L,检出限为0.021μg/L,加标回收率为94.4%~105%,r〉0.999。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,较标准方法更灵敏。
Objective To Establish a method of using flow injection in - line cyanide distillation to determine total cyanide in water and wastewater.Methods A QC8000 analyzer inline cyanide distillation was used.Firstly,a liquid sample was mixed with phosphoric acid and heated to 140℃, then metal - CN^- complexes was irradiated by UV to break down. The HCN(g) from the sample matrix passed through a Teflon membrane and was trapped into a sodium hydroxide solution. The CN^- was determined colorimetrically ( pyridine - barbituric acid chemistry) at 570 nm. Both standards and samples were distilled in - line. Results The linear range of the method was 2 - 100μg/L, detected limit was 0.21μg/L, The recovery rates were 94.4% - 105%. Correlation coefficient was above 0.999. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive compared with method of standard.
