摘要
进行教育技术培训是提高教师信息素养和能力的有效措施之一。文章针对培训中存在的不了解培训对象需求、缺乏有效培训模式等问题提出了以课件制作为切入点实践教学设计、注重新技术应用、加强与教师交流以及引入培训量化标准等措施。
Educational technology training is one of effective measures to improve teachers information literacy and capability. Therefore, in view of problems such as lack of understanding of trainees＇ needs and lack of effective training pattern, this paper proposes some solutions such as implementing teaching design, reapplying technology, strengthening exchanges between teachers, and introducing quantified training standard on the basis of courseware making.
