葡萄球菌肠毒素的放大免疫测定技术的建立 被引量:2

Establishment of amplified immunoassay for staphylococcal enterotoxin

摘要 使用自制的几种放大免疫试剂,先后建立了放大ELISA、放大BA-ELISA及放大Dig-ELISA等方法,在应用于四种葡萄球菌肠毒素(SE)的SEA、SEB、SEC及TSST的测定中。 Methods such as amplified ELISA, amplified BA ELISA and amplified Dig ELISA using several kinds of amplified immunoreagents prepared by ourselves were established. When these methods were used for measurement of SEA, SEB, SEC and TSST of 4 kinds of staphylococcal enterotoxins, the sensitivity could reach the level of 63 pg/ml of toxin protein.
