摘要
目的制定中药复方制剂妇炎宁栓的提取工艺。方法将组方中9味药材分两组提取,采用正交试验设计法,黄芩组以黄芩苷为指标,苦参组以苦参碱为指标,分别设定三水平,对乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、回流次数、回流时间四个因素进行考察,优选了妇炎宁栓的醇提工艺。结果黄芩组的最佳提取工艺为:用12倍量60%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次60 m in;苦参组的最佳提取工艺为:用10倍75%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论本文对妇炎宁栓的提取工艺进行了研究,为该复方的剂型改造提供了依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of the compound Chinese medicine Fuyanning suppository. Methods The prescription was categorized to two teams. The optimal alcohol extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with Matrine as index for Radix Sophorue Flavescent team and with Baicalin as index for Radix scutellariae team. Three levels were designed to review four factors in these two experiments including the solvent consumption, the solvent concentration, time of extraction and times of extraction.Result The optimal extracting condition was 60% alcohol consumpted twelve times the amount of material and three times for sixty minutes each time for Radix scutellariae team, and 75 % alcohol consumpted ten times the amount of material and three times for two hours each time for Radix Sophorue Flavescentis team. Conclusion The extraction process of Fuyanning Suppository is optimized and the ba- sis for the new form of this drug is provided.
