微波提取黄柏根中天然色素及其性质研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为黄柏根中天然色素的利用提供理论指导。[方法]利用微波萃取法对黄柏根中天然黄色素的提取工艺条件及稳定性进行研究。[结果]微波萃取的最佳工艺条件为:以蒸馏水为提取剂,原料用量与提取剂比为1∶100(W/W),微波功率为520W,提取时间为160s。对该色素稳定性研究的结果表明,该色素为水溶性色素,适用pH值范围较广,对光、热稳定性较好,对氧化剂H2O2的耐受能力较差,对还原剂Na2SO3的耐受能力强。[结论]黄柏根中提取的色素水溶性好、稳定性好,是一种理想的天然色素。 [Objective] The purpose was to provide theoretical reference of application of natural pigment in the root of Phellodendron. [Method] Extraction conditions and stability of natural yellow pigment in the root of Phellodendron by microwave extraction were studied. [Result] The optimum conditions for microwave extracting were:the distilled water as extractant,radio of material to extractant 1∶100,microwave power 520 W and microwave irradiation time 160 s. The study results of stability of pigment showed that this pigment was water-soluble and can be applied to pH value widely. It had good light resistance,heat resistance properties. The pigment had less resistance capability against oxidizing agent (H2O2),and had better endurance capability against reducing agent (Na2SO3). [Conclusion] The pigment extracted from the root of Phellodendron had a good solvency in water and stability,which was a perfect pigment.
