摘要
观察了失血性休克,肠缺血性休克及创伤性休克时家兔脂质过氧化损伤表现及山莨菪减的影响.结果表明,随着不同类型休克的发生发展,家兔血浆和组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量均明显增多,预先给予山莨菪碱可明显缓解休克发生发展,且血浆MDA无明显增多。而在休克发生后用药则难以阻止休克的继续发展和MDA的产生。结果提示,山莨菪碱可能是通过抗脂质过氧化损伤而对休克动物具有保护作用.
The changes of lipid peroxidation in hemorrhagic shock, splanchnic artary occlusionshock and traumatic shock the effec of anisodamine were studied in rabbit. The results showedthat malondialdehyde(MDA),the metabolite of lipid peroxides in plasma and tissue, was increasedsignificantly while shock was developing. However the shock didn't develop and the MDA contentsignificantly decreased by using anisodamine before shock. It was suggested that the anisodaminecan protect rabbit from lipid peroxidation injury.
