摘要
通过模型建立与求解,提出了一种基于旋转圆盘仪试验求取酸岩表面反应时酸液表面浓度的数值方法;并在此基础上,针对某油层白云岩样与盐酸非均相反应,用自行研制的旋转圆盘仪模拟试验装置。
While studing on acid/rock surface reacton kinetics by using a rotating disc type reaction device, it is a key question to determine acid concentration at rotational rock disc surface. In this paper, a numerical method is presented by establishing and solving the model. Based on this, the heterogeneous surface reaction between HCI acid and core sample from a dolomite reservior is studied kinetically by using the rotating disc type reaction device made in our laboratory under the surface reaction limited conditions. The following kinetic euqations for the surface reaction are derived: J s =4.4368×10 -4 c 0.7598 s (5.5℃) J s =4.9669×10 -4 c 0.7694 s (9.0℃) and the activation energy of the surface reaction is determined as 5.032×4.187 kJ/mol.
