摘要
从服务内容、服务方式、服务理念等方面探讨了期刊读者服务工作的变革,以便对网络环境下的期刊读者服务工作提出对策。
From the aspects of periodical service contents, periodical service pattern, and periodical service concept, this paper probes into the transformation of periodical service work under the network environment, and provides some countermeasures.
