摘要
从现实生活中存在的一些“四舍五入”现象入手,首先对其做出一个定性分析,然后从法律的层面上进行探讨,进而揭示“四舍五入”中所包含的不公平及其违法性,期望能引起更多的共鸣,起到抛砖引玉的作用,从而可以更好地维护好消费者的合法权益。
＂Rounding up the figure＂ is very common; perhaps it is accepted by most people, but it is not the case. Through the analysis of ＂rounding up the figure＂, the author disposes the unfairness, and hopes that more and more attention will be paid to ＂rounding up the figure＂ in order to protect the consumers＇ rights and benifits.
