摘要
根据有关文献及二次数据分析,对中国农村养老历史和现状进行梳理,在此基础上提出农村养老保障制度建设的框架和发展思路,指出经济支持和生活照料是养老保障体系的两个基本内容。为促进农村养老保障体系的逐步形成,经济支持方面应以强制储蓄积累为主,生活照料方面家庭应是关键,政府的责任是建立统一的政策框架。
According to the relevant literature and the second data analysis, the article arranges the history and current situation of ednowment security in Chinese countside, and finds out the situation and the desire of ednowment security for the country＇s resident. On this basis, it brings up the structure and the train of thought of development about the old-age＇s life are the two basic contents about ednowment security system. In order to build ednowment security system of Chinese country step by step, on one hand we should force people to do savings, and on the other hand, the family should be the key to take care of the old-age＇s life. Moreover, it is the government＇s duty＇ to build unified policy.
